        Approved by the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau through Document No. 20 of Shanghai Finance and Accounting [2025] on March 5, 2025, Shanghai Xinwo Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. (the original firm) was restructured into Shanghai Xinwo Certified Public Accountants (General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinwo Firm"). According to the approval, the original firm's operational period and performance are deemed continuous, and its practicing qualifications are accordingly extended. The restructured Xinwo Firm will continue to uphold its diligent and professional work ethic, providing enhanced services to more enterprises.
        After years of steady development, Xinwo Firm has gathered a team of highly educated professionals with diverse backgrounds, including academia, large enterprises, industrial and commercial sectors, taxation authorities, and other institutions. The team comprises Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), asset appraisers, real estate valuers, tax agents, and specialists with securities industry experience—all combining robust theoretical expertise with extensive practical knowledge.
        The main source of business income of Xinwo Institute is government-commissioned projects, followed by annual and special auditing services for foreign-invested and domestic enterprises. In 2024, Xinwo Firm generated over 11 million yuan in audit revenue. The main audit clients include:
